Welcome to Hanoi. The local guide will accompany you from the airport to your hotel. The rest of the day at leisure or start exploring the city on your own. Overnight in Hanoi

Full day visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, his wooden cottage and One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to Hoa Lo Prison, formerly known as the ‘Hanoi Hilton’ during the Vietnam War. Next visit to Temple of Literature the first university of Vietnam built in 11th century and the Museum of Ethnology.

Overnight in Hanoi

Pick up at your hotel at 8 am and leave Hanoi for Mai Chau valley, the beautiful gate way to the mountainous area of northern Vietnam. Stop in Hoa Binh City for refreshments and coffee. Continue driving toward Mai Chau valley, about another 1.5 hours away, stopping on the way to take in the spectacular scenery.

Lunch at local restaurant

Afternoon visit Mo Luong Cave. Climb up the stairs to Mo Luong Cave, across the street from Mai Chau lodge, maybe even grab a drink on your way through to Mo Luong Cave. Continue to Lac Village, a Thai village near Mai Chau where they create and sell beautiful handmade scarves the traditional White Thai scarves. Tonight enjoy dinner and traditional dancing at Thai Minority on stilt house.

Morning walk to Mai Chau market where you can see what they are selling for daily lives. Then we take a walk through the rice paddy fields to some others village like Dau or Van.

Lunch at local restaurant before driving back to Hanoi.

Departure transfer to airport for your onward flight.
