  • 1. Deposit and payment

    A deposit which is equal to 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking confirmed. The balance of the total cost of the tour is required no later than 45 days prior to travel date. If a booking is made within the 45 days prior to departure date you are required to make the full payment at the time of confirmed booking.

    • For any group more than 10 persons subject to add on special conditions
    • For single services like hotel booking, visa application, transportation, train ticket, flight ticket… are required fully payment by the time of booking.

  • 2. Cancellation

    • Cancelation by the client:

    Any cancelations by a client must be made in writing and acknowledged by Deks Air Travel. The date on which the letter is received by the Deks Air Travel will determine the cancellation charge applicable. The cancellation fee will be calculated as below:

    45 days loss of deposit

    15 – 44 days charge 25% of tour price

    7 – 14 days charge 50% of tour price

    Less than 7 days charge 100% of tour price

    *This cancellation policy can be changed if there is any special note on booking confirmation. 

    • Cancellation by us:

    We reserves the right to cancel arrangements for any reason, but will not a cancel a tour less than 60 days prior arrival date except for force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the company’s control. When an arrangement is cancelled by us, the client may choose between a full refund of all monies paid or any alternative tour offered by us. If the alternative tour chosen by client is a lower value than that originally booked then the client is entitled to a refund of the price difference. If the alternative tour chosen by the client is of a higher price than that originally chosen then the client must be pay the difference. 

  • 3. Children rate

    • Children under 2 years old free of charge: no meal/no bed (sharing with adult)
    • Children from 3 – 5 years of age charge 25% adult fare (without extra bed) and 50% of adult fare (with extra bed)
    • Children from 6 – 11 years 50% of adult fare (without extra bed) and 75% of adult fare (with extra bed)
    • Children 12 years of age charge as adult
  • 4. Insurance

    Deks Air Travel’s tour packages are not included  accident/casualty insurance and other insurance like medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation, baggage loss… We strong recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. 

  • 5.Travel documents

    The client must be in possession of a passport (your passport must be valid 6 months past your return date) and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Deks Air Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

  • 6. Factors out of Company’s control

    Factors out of company’s control means things that we can not possibly prevent or control such as war or war like operations, terrorist activities, civil commotions, labour difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, insurrection and government restraint, fire, or any other whatever beyond the reasonable control of company.

    If as a consequence of force majeure, Deks Air is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the tour, you shall not be a liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the tour.

  • 7. Claims & Complaints

    If you have any reason to make a complaint during your holiday or tour, you must inform our local representative or your tour guide and the relevant supplier of the service immediately. If you are not happy with their action or response at the time of complaint, please inform our office in writing, within 40 days of your return home. We will acknowledge  your written  notification within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 working days.

  • 8. Modification or Discontinuance of Service

    Deks Air Travel reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably towards its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.

  • 9. Your health and Fitness

    One of our first cares for you to have a safe and healthy tour. The client must be in a reasonable level of health and fitness before take any tours. If you have any question about your healthy, please consult with your doctor.

  • 10. Privacy Policy

    Deks Air Travel keeps all personal information of our clients completely private and will not deliver information to third parties unless we get your permission.
