  • Ho Chi Minh City as known as Saigon is the heart and soul of Vietnam. It’s a bustling, dynamic and industrious centre, the largest city in the country, the economic capital and the cultural trendsetter. Yet within the teeming metropolis are the timeless traditions and beauty of an ancient culture.

    • Like Long Bien Bridge in Hanoi, Reunification Palace (formerly known as Independence Palace) has stayed in the mind of many generations of not only Vietnamese but also foreigners. It is known as the famous historical witness which passed through the two fierce wars against the French and American colonists.

    • Located in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh City, The Notre Dame Cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880 by the French, and reaches a height of up to 60 meters. Ask any local people about the location of the city’s center or its symbol, no doubt the answer would definitely be Ben Thanh Market or th cathedral. It looks most beautiful and peaceful in daylight with the smiles of couples coming to take photograph here and there.

  • We depart at 8.30A.M or 2.00P.M from your hotel. This half – day city tour will take you to visit the Reunification Palace, the former palace of President Thieu and his predecessors. Today this building is a museum and venue for official receptions. Inside you can visit the private rooms of the president, the “War Room” from where the South Vietnamese forces were controlled, and, most poignantly, the room where the North Vietnamese army finally took control in 1975. Nearby is the Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1877 and 1883 and one of the city’s major landmarks. Neo-Romanesque in form, Notre Dame is the major seat of the Catholic religion in modern Vietnam. We continue to the War Remains Museum, where you can learn a lot about the Vietnam War.

Tour ends around 12.30P.M or 6.00P.M
