    Job description:


    • Take responsible for selling up market/ holidays to variours Southest Asia destinations: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Thailand is the genenal task of you as a travel sales executive.

    • Do proposal and make quotation for all tariff & tailor-made packages incl. flights, hotels,transfer, meals,other services…

    • Communication with clients, meeting their demands and requirements via email, phone, skype and other tools (if any)

    • Maintain relationship with clients by frequently talk, email or send them E-Card in their holidays.

    • Achieving and exceeding set objectives relating to sales targets, productivity and product knowledge.

    • Dealing effectively with all administration issues and queries.

    • Ensure you maintain accurate knowledge on all company products and ancillary services.

    • Attend education sectors or trips if required.

    Job description:


    • Responsible for the entire work of the Operation department for Inbound, Outbound and Domestic includes domestic & international airfare, visas, car, guides, hotels and other services.

    • Responsible for optimizing hotel rates and operational expense to meet company’s revenue goal. 

    • Responsible for calculation tour

    • Responsible for operating processes and improve the quality of tour services. Operating and monitoring schedules, monitoring service quality in accordance with commitments to clients, respond promptly to changes and incidents (if any) in the tour.

    • Responsible for management all of services before, within and after the tour going.

    • Negotiate with partners in order to improve service quality and reduce costs.

    • Check customer reviews, guidelines to strengthen the quality and offer better solutions to the following groups.

    • Host company events

    • Employees management and supervision

    • BOD’s business development & strategy consultant

    • Serve other specialized missions on appointment of the BOD

    Job requirements: Vietnamese who

    Job description:


    • Sales consultant: Master knowledge on products, Customer consultation via phone, email and direct encounter; Convince customer to buy our products and take initiative in the classification of customer characteristics to adjust services.

    • Sales: Make quotation, Do proposal and give the receipt to customers; Do sales record and update on system.

    • Be responsible for management all of services and take care of customers after the tour going, update them with new products and promotions.

    • Work well with finance department with regard to tracking debt

    • Create, manage and develop customer system, especially for Cooperation agencies.

  • 5. TICKETING EXECUTIVE - Quantity: 01 person (Working place: Hanoi)

    Job description:

    Book and Issue air tickets (CA or FIT) by customer’s requests and follow the booking until the itineraries are completed. Professionally communicate with customers.


    • Update airlines’ pricing policy, new air route with regards to consulting, book itinerary by customer request.

    • Experience in combining airfare and issuing domestic and international air tickets.

    • Promptly and accurately understand condition & term as well as pricing policy.

    • Offer customers the best rate.

    • Manage CA’s air travel request.

    • Upsell related products following company’s regulation and rule.

    • Strictly implement the travel policy.

    • Contact airlines on behalf of customers to protect their .

    • Communicate professionally and friendly with customer in person or via email, phone and other tools. 

    • Create, manage and develop customer system, especially for Cooperation agencies.

    • Update Sales Department with promotion and cooperate to offer customer new products quickly and do customer care.

    • Work with the finance department with regard to reporting, invoicing and tracking debt.

    • Take responsibility for bookings and issued tickets in charge.

    • Strictly complete required report.

    • Sociable and have high responsibility at work.

    Job requirements:


    1/ Knowledge:

    + Using Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus fluently

    + Master in Airline tariff

    + Fluently issue tickets on GDS

    + Communicate well in English

    2/ Experience:


    + At least 2 years in the field

    Job description:
